Measuring sections (IU) with electroacoustic
transducers (PEA) installed on them are designed for installation in controlled pipelines and
perform the function of primary flow converters. Measuring sections
provide high accuracy (error from 0.25%) and reliability of measurements, and also
allow you to reduce the rectilinear sections required for measurement with a normalized error
. Measuring sections are supplied with inset or overhead PEAS. It is possible
to supply sections with counter flanges, as well as with confusers for tapping into
a larger diameter pipeline. The inner surface of the measuring area can be treated
with various coatings. The measuring section can be supplied complete with
a measuring unit and a metrological passport.
